Warehouses are hiring hard for peak. Negotiate your shift diff now
Peak season staffing is ramping and this is the window where you have leverage. Every overnight warehouse I know is short-handed. When they call, ask straight up: what's the night shift differential, and is there a peak-season bonus? I bumped my diff from $1.50 to $2.75/hr just by asking and mentioning a competitor down the road. They will not volunteer it. Ask.

Get the diff in writing on the offer, not a verbal 'yeah we do that.' Learned that one the hard way.
