1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using We The Owl ("the Site"), operated by Brix Tech Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
We The Owl is an online job board dedicated to overnight, graveyard, and night shift employment opportunities in the United States. We provide a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to discover and apply to those listings.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account as either a job seeker or an employer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
Employer accounts are restricted to verified business email addresses. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine are fraudulent.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of job listings they post. By posting a job, you represent that:
- The position is real and currently available
- The listing does not violate any applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity laws
- You have the authority to hire for the position
- The listed compensation and shift hours are accurate
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in applications, including resumes and cover letters. You agree not to submit false or misleading information to employers.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Employer posting plans are offered on a per-listing, monthly, or annual basis. New employer accounts receive a 60-day free trial. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
- Scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission
- Use the Site to spam or harass other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Post content that is discriminatory, hateful, or violates applicable law
8. Intellectual Property
All content on We The Owl, including design, text, and code, is owned by Brix Tech Solutions unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or job seekers, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
Brix Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or hiring costs.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
